All claims for damage, shortage, incompatibility or incorrect orders must be made within three calendar days of receipt date. 2. Due to the "time value" of the merchandise all sales are final and S.A. Technologies, Inc. (Seller) reserves the option to accept returns. 3. All returns for full store credit should be within seven calendar days of purchase. 4. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or current market value at Seller's discretion. 5. Returns will not be accepted without a prior Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be accompanied by a copy of a receipt or invoice. Buyers are solely responsible for return packing and shipping costs. 6. Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping charges, return shipping and other charges incurred by Seller and losses incurred by Seller if a package is refused. 7. Seller is not responsible for any and all consequential damages to the buyer. 8. Buyer is responsible for custom duties, sales tax and all other charges.
